Tirau

This is an interesting little town to visit with it's boutique shops and corrugated iron creations. It's a 45 min drive through beautiful countryside to get there. Once there you can also walk beside the clear waters of Te Waihou.

This quaint town known for The Dog, Sheep and Ram - huge corrugated iron shops, is full of great cafes, boutiques, outlet stores, gift and decor stores. It's a very pleasant place to shop.
