We recommend Ben and Jeff's for takeout tacos! They are fantastic. On a nice day the line will be huge. They do have dining on site, but limited tables.

I try to go here every time I'm out at the coast. I love their burger, a lot. They also have excellent Mexican food and on the weekend is the place to be for brunch and bloody marys. It's in pacific city so it's about a 40min drive from Oceanside, but again this drive is through beautiful coastline and classic farmland with great photo opts.

Ben and Jeff's (or BJs) is an excellent restaurant just across the street from the Pelican in Pacific City. We LOVE their Carne Asada Burrito Bowl. Large menu with something for everyone.
