A beautiful architectural and historic space housing art exhibitions by well acclaimed Lebanese and Arab fine artists. A must visit. The museum’s design store is very well curated and the cafe is lovely.
A fine collection of Arab and Lebanese art from the last 150 years housed in an old aristocratic mansion gifted by its original owner to the city of Beirut with the goal of turning it into a museum.
The Sursock Museum, which is officially known as the Nicolas Ibrahim Sursock Museum, is a modern art and contemporary art museum in Beirut.
Whatever exhibition is showing I would recommend, enjoying a tour in the museum, the stunning architecture and have a drink alfresco on the terrace
Aside from its beautiful architecture, Sursock Museum always has exquisite exhibitions happening, and is a must-see space at a walking distance in the neighborhood.
