A working-class 12th arrondissement greenmarket with good prices on mostly conventional—not organic—produce and a fun, bustling atmosphere. Right by the open-air market is the Marché Beauvau, a covered hall that has more upscale vendors. Next to the market you’ll find the Japanese Knife Company, where you can bring your knives for professional sharpening.

You can eat oysters in the famous bar Le Baron Rouge go there on sunday before 12h
The market is 9 min walk and it is a farmers market full of fresh food from local producers. It is closed mondays. Otherwise it is open 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 7h30.
My Favourite Market in Paris, buy fresh food and drink coffee at one of the local bar on the plazza.
Opened from Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 1pm is to a must see! You will find there very good early vegetables, cheese, delicatessen...
The Aligre market happens everyday except Monday. Go there to get fresh veggies, flowers, spices... They also have an indoor market. Worth seeing it but kind of overpriced. Plus, on the week end they have a miscellanous/antique market on the Place Aligre, it's always fun to hunt for treasures.
