Great Italian cafe. As well as the usual cafe fare, they do a couple of lunchtime specials cooked fresh each day.

North Star is a cracking wee restaurant/coffee shop. The food is soooooo delicious. They have won loads of awards for their delicious food, authentic Italian coffee and welcoming atmosphere. Brunch is where it is at, but go early because it is always always busy!

“Named after its wannabe famous owner, I let you check their Instagram, this unassuming coffee shop serves a great breakfast or lunch with a lovely selection of homemade Cakes. Also they use one of my favourites sourdough bread from Freedom bakery, I think you can purchase it there, and the story behind it is noteworthy just like there bread. Only a 5 mins walk.”
