It's a beautiful beach in Forster and dog friendly. Walk along Bicentennial and Frewins Walks in Forster to arrive at this beach. It's also a popular surfing beach and sometimes you will see people surf kiting as well. The beach has a surf life saving club at the Southern end. One of the best things about living on a peninsular is that no matter the weather and wind you can find a sheltered beach. One Mile is a beautiful beach surrounded by lush bush, it is a patrolled beach with plenty of parking and café.
