The most authentic sugar house in town, run for years by the Coty family, you can see the sap lines running all over their property. There is a little self serve shop where you can pick your favorite grade of maple syrup.

Kids need to know where maple syrup comes from and what real maple syrup tastes like. It comes from a tree, not a corn cob. Buy a gallon while you are there. The nicest family.

An operating Maple Sugarhouse in Stowe. Open year round with purchase of their Maple syrup. Come by in late March to mid April and see them boil. A wonderful experience for both young and old. I go every year.
