Borea Rooms is a peaceful accommodation with kitchenette in village Budanje, in the heart of Vipava Valley. Just minutes away from Ajdovščina and Vipava. Budanje is an excellent starting point for hiking, bike trips (e-bike rental available), landing point for paragliders. Guests can rent four mountain bikes (free of charge). Additional payment: Tourist tax 2,50 € / person / day is payable at check-in. For children up to 7 years old is free. For children from 7 to 18 years old is 1,25 € / day.

Ta skrbno obnovljena, preko 500 let stara kamnita hiša, združuje tradicionalno arhitekturo s sodobno eleganco in umetniškim pridihom. Vsak kotiček hiše krasijo dela slovenskih umetnikov, ki jih lahko tudi kupite in odnesete s seboj kot trajen spomin. Na zahodni strani hiše se z balkona odpira prelep razgled v razkošje Vipavske doline. Udobje in umetnost pod eno streho.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Relax in a charming attic apartment surrounded by original works of art. The apartment is in a private house on a slope above the city, in the immediate vicinity of the forest and hiking trails, and not far from the paraglider runway. The location is also a starting point for trips to the surrounding wine-growing villages, the Karst and the Soča Valley. Due to the proximity of the border with Italy, Trieste, Venice, the Dolomites and other interesting destinations are within easy reach.

Uživajte v miru ribnika z izvirsko vodo in šumenju potoka Lokavšček, opazujte kačje pastirje ali se sprehodite po bližnjih zeliščnih nasadih. Sodelujte na delavnicah, gozdni terapiji, spoznajte svet vonjav ali raziskujte okoliške pohodniške poti. Pizzeria in gostilna v neposredni bližini. Preprosto. Naravno. Dišeče.

Na obrobju mesta Ajdovščina, kjer cesta pelje proti izviru reke Hubelj, stojita počitniški hišici. V vsaki lahko bivata dva gosta. Hišici imata vsaka svojo teraso. Opremljeni sta s klimo in IR paneli. V notranjosti vsake je kopalnica in prostor, v katerem je kuhinja s kuhinjskimi pripomočki, jedilni kotiček in zakonska postelja (180x200). Na željo lahko poskrbimo tudi za kakšno dodatno ležišče. Gost ob prihodu plača turistično takso: 2,5€/osebo/dan

Oliver street apartment - 50m from city center

The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a TV with international channels, air conditioning and a first aid kit. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, an electric radiator, and essential amenities. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and pleated blinds. Towels and bed linen are also provided. The apartment offers additional items to enhance your stay and provide comfort, but we’ll leave those as a surprise.
