Hello! The warm welcoming feeling you will have upon entering the fully furnished 2BR home, set up for your comfort, is a bright separate space in my home. You basically need to just bring your luggage & food other than the amenities I provide. On the 2nd floor, so stairs are required. A residential area in the City of Rensselaer and only 5-7 minutes to downtown Albany & major highways & train station, with a boat launch only 2 minutes away & 10 minutes to shopping. Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Coffee and tea are available first thing in the morning on the upstairs landing followed by a decadent yet nutritious breakfast in the morning room.

Drive a rural river road 20 minutes to art openings /farmers markets/ dining in HUDSON Hudson is now the “ northern most art neighborhood of MANHATTAN. Bath room shared, spotless: claw foot tub, shower spray handle. Enjoy view of Schodack Island State Park/3 mikes up the road - wildlife preserve. Use my home as a base to explore.

Budget-friendly and clean place with a 1 Double bed for long term guests with many other room types! We are in Latham, near Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Clifton Park, Rensselaer East Greenbush area! Albany airport, -Amtrak Train Station. We are easy to access to Government offices, Medical treatment places, the major colleges in the area, as well as highway Rt 7, Rt 2, I-87, I-90, and 787. We are a short drive to CNY fertility, the Regeneron pharmaceutical Co & the Government offices.
