The Little House in the Heart of Concordia

Our Little House started its life as a 2-car garage, on the alley behind our home, that we transformed into our vision of a cozy and peaceful retreat. This light filled studio is professionally designed, features art from local artists and designers, and is equipped with heating & AC, making it a very comfortable spot to relax and enjoy Portland. You'll have a fully detached private guest house with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and be two blocks away from the vibrant Alberta district.

Private Garden Suite for 1 or 2 Guests.

We offer an elegant, cozy, private guest room with private ensuite bathroom, it's own private entrance and private arbored deck. The carrera marble bath tiles are heated for winters, and the deck and garden have seating areas for summer. Like a little hotel room, this queen-bed suite is ideal for 1 or 2 who would like an entirely separate space, but don't need a full kitchen. The room features microwave, mini-fridge, teakettle & basic flatware - ideal for simple breakfasts or reheated leftovers.

At home, this second story studio has extra space in the meditation loft, a full kitchen, fast internet, and projector for streaming. This 1906 carriage house -turned studio apartment is fully equipped with comfy queen bed, compact kitchen, full bathroom including bath/shower combo and washer/dryer. The studio is set back from the road, private, vaulted and light-filled and surrounded by trees and greenery. It features a comfortable outdoor area for those wonderful Portland evenings. An easy walk to all kinds of good food and drink. Alberta Arts, Mississippi, Fremont, PDX airport and Williams Avenue are not far away.

The Sneakaway

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.

Separate outdoor keyless entry to a daylight-basement in our 100+ year-old craftsman home ensures a contactless stay. Blackout bedroom curtains invite great sleep, and comfortable couch is also long enough to sleep on. All welcome! Cannabis friendly (outdoors only) covered patio. On a quiet dead-end road with free parking. Stays over 7 days can request access to laundry.

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.
