Taylorsville is located in the foothills of North Carolina in easy driving distance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, Blowing Rock, Charlotte, Asheviille., and Winston Salem.This rental is one side of a duplex. The owners live in the other side. The pool is shared with the Homeowners Seasonally and for Guests only.

The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

Right on the lake. Enjoy the great sunsets unobstructed. Easy access ramp leading to the entrance door. Enter The living room Kitchen area. Two double sliding doors open to the large screened Porch were you can just relax and don’t forget the sunsets. The bathroom has a large walk in rain head shower The two bedrooms have full size very comfortable mattresses. A full size kitchen and a nice eating area. Two docks for fishing or just relaxing. Year round adventure is waiting just for you.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Two Bedrooms Two Baths.Spacious and beautiful 1700 sq ft studio with private entrance on the pool level. Very peaceful location and close to shopping, restaurants, a multitude of furniture stores and LRU. The Suite has a fully stocked kitchen and the décor is eclectic with global inspirations. Enjoy the gas fire pit in the cooler months and pool during summer. Our neighborhood is great for taking a morning or evening stroll. We are about an hour from Asheville, Charlotte, or Boone.
