My little green Granny house - near Corn Palace

This cozy house has so much to offer with sleeping for 4 to 8 and could accommodate more with the pack-and-play. King bed sleeps two, full size bed, and two full size sleeper sofas each sleep one or two people. Extra blankets and pillows in rooms. Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. No smoking. No parties. Great place to relax and enjoy.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space where you’ll feel right at home. The charming bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and the living room has a queen size pull out couch. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you’ll need. The bathroom has a walk in shower with toiletries. I put in a lot of effort to keep this space clean so that your stay is as comfortable as possible! Two miles from I 90. Lots of parking space. Cabin will be unlocked upon arrival.

We offer open space and a view in the country. On your stay you can enjoy a private walk out deck and an upper level deck. There is seating around a fire pit to relax at the end of the day. We offer a full kitchen, with outdoor grill and smoker to prepare meals. Restaurant dining is 3 miles away also. Free access to WiFi, YouTube TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Housekeeping (once per stay). A new garage space for dogs with outdoor kennels. In this space we have room for bird cleaning.

Located in a small town. Town has a grocery store, gas station, Bar and Grill , Vet clinic, car repair shop, Chiroprator, and Post Office. The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .

This nostalgic farm house creates a great location for families to stop on their way through South Dakota on I-90 to let the kids run and do a load of laundry. Also great for hunters looking for more than a single room to enjoy the area's abundant public land to pheasant hunt. There is plenty of space at this location to get ready for the hunt, shoot clay pigeons on-site or let the dogs get some exercise.

The Corn Palace Cottage - Amazing Location !

Welcome, everyone! Our home, built in 1925, is located in the heart of the historical area of downtown Mitchell. It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! Front window views are of a beautiful open lot with trees. This lot is available to guests for their use.

I have a few short term stays in these townhouse. This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other.
