Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Diese Wohnung befindet sich in der Mitte Wien's. Es ist eine Erdgeschoss Wohnung, ca 500m von Wien Praterstern entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Haus Fugbachgasse 5, sie hat einen seperaten Eingang, der sich um die Ecke auf der Mühlfeldgasse befindet. Zugang per Zahlenschloss, Code wird vor der Ankunft bekannt gegeben. Kein anderer hat Zugang zu dieser Wohnung, sie gehört also dir/euch ganz alleine. Bunker Studio

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).

Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)
