The first floor Apartment is in a quiet street very close to the PA, Mater and Greenslopes Hospital. The Gabba is only 3klm away and there easy access to the SE Freeway. The apartment has been completely renovated, with a new kitchen, bathroom, furniture and appliances. There is a locked secure car park and laundry. Free Wifi, Apple TV with Netflix and Stan. Local Shops with Takeaways and Restaurants make it an easy place to live. The Apartment and main bedroom are fully air-conditioned.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
