The Birch at Lazy Oaks Resort is a charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex next to Rainbow Lake. It features a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a private office with a pullout futon. The updated living area includes a 55-inch Smart TV. Guests enjoy complimentary kayaks and fishing pier, plus amenities like grills, fire pits, horseshoes, cornhole, and a playground. Perfect for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway. *This unit doesn't have a fireplace.

Close to horseback riding and other fun activities! We are a 30 min drive to Sunrise mountain - skiing/sledding (in the winter) and mountain biking/ hiking (in the summer). ✌🏽

Very nice, well maintained condo with a pellet stove fireplace, large master bedroom (queen bed), secondary bedroom (2 twin beds/King bed). There is also a sofa in the living room to sleep 5 total.
