A magnificent English Tudor inspired home converted to a Bed & Breakfast with 5 bedrooms. Rent one or all 5. A continental breakfast is provided, coffee and tea are available anytime. Inn-setter lives on property. Each room locks privately. Wi-fi in public areas and limited use in bedrooms. Rates start at $85 for AirBnB members. This listing is for our 2 bedrooms suite with shared bathroom. This room does not allow for pets. Please request our Pet room if which has a queen and sofa bed.

Horses/Liberty University

Our Barndominium is nestled on 40 acres of pastures, woods and stream. We are located approximately 27 minutes east of Liberty University and approximately 18 minutes west of Appomattox, VA. NOTE: You may want "All wheel drive for our 1/2 mile driveway. We just had new deep stone laid. On most occasions our family is on site. We love to interact with guests and we are early risers. Special arrangements can be made to ship your horses in. We are also, "horse/animal shipper" friendly.

A short drive to surrounding activities in Lynchburg and Farmville. Visiting Liberty University or Holiday Lake campground, we are an easy central location. We offer 5 rooms with private bathrooms. Your booking will be placed in any one of our rooms - if you have a pet, the Maple room will be confirmed with no additional charge.

We are a 420 friendly, working farm and campground. Enjoy the total cannabis experience. All guests will be welcomed with a complimentary tray of samples from the garden and 420 setup. Byron - Babcock House

This bedroom is the only one located on the first floor and has wide doors accessible to wheelchairs. The room is newly redecorated with bright cream walls and soothing blue quilt and curtains, a refreshing mix of new and old. The large en suite bathroom contains a shower stall with seat.

Longacre - Magnolia Queen Room with Patio

Beautifully appointed open and spacious bright room with lots of windows and french doors out to side patio. On first floor of house but a few stairs that lead down to the room. Queen bed, bath/shower combo, lots of closet space, electric fireplace, Tv. Bathrobes and linens provided.

Longacre - Maisonette 2 bedroom Suite

Our largest room offering 2 bedrooms with a shared very spacious bathroom. Tub/Shower combo, double sink, double closets, Queen bed in the main bedroom and Queen in the front bedroom with additional closet space. One tv in the front room. Bathrobes and Linens provided.

Bradley - Babcock House

Our suite features a light and airy sitting room with an antique fireplace, a large television, and twin-sized daybed with a pull-out trundle unit. The bedroom area features a queen-sized pine cottage bed with hand crocheted bedspread. It has a private bath with shower.

Rebecca - Babcock House

It has been redecorated and is furnished with a full-sized bed and desk, perfect for students or business travelers. The room has floral print wallpaper, natural hardwood floors and light pine furniture. It has a private bath with shower.

Longacre - Mint Room 1 Queen

A perfect quaint room. 1 Queen bed with private adjacent bathroom. Bathroom is not inside the room but is exclusive to Mint Room. Limited closet space, some drawers provided and antique writing desk. Small garden view windows.
