La casinha a été rénovée et dispose de deux chambres doubles [dont une avec bureau], d'une cuisine-salon, d'une salle de bains avec douche et d'un WC. Il y a une cour avant et un jardin avec terrasse. Mini marché à 3 min. à pied. L'autoroute est à 2 minutes [un peu perceptible à l'extérieur]. En 15 min., vous pouvez atteindre Rio Maior et Santarém. En 35 min, vous pouvez atteindre la côte et les belles plages de Foz do Arelho. Peniche à 40 min., Nazaré à 45 min, l'aéroport de Lisbonne à 50 min.
