Located in the heart of the Templeton Gap wine region — with wineries just down the street — you’ll be minutes from both downtown Templeton and Atascadero. You’ll love the location because the quant neighborhood, comfy king bed, amazing amenities, and fully fenced backyard. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. There are two beds, one real king bed, and one queen size air mattress.
