We can't wait to be your host at our trailside cottage. Just 2 blocks off historic downtown Rogers and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, antique stores, hiking/mountain biking trails and the farmer's market. Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way. The cottage has high speed internet to accommodate zoom meetings and guests working remotely.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay near the Arkansas/Missouri border. Minutes from Bella Vista and Bentonville. This cabin is located in The Greenes Campground and RV park and the cabin sits right on the creek so its elevated. you'll have to climb some stairs to come in but once you're here you won't wanna leave. We can get you on and off the water in our kayaks or yours. Bring your fishing poles, bikes for the trails, and let's have some fun.
