The Desert Willow House: An A+ Accommodation!

This cute home boasts a very peaceful and classy vibe. It is located in the heart of town on a quiet street. The master bedroom, with a queen bed, has its own Roku TV and its own full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV with a Roku. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The couch has a queen sized memory foam mattress that can be pulled out and made into a bed. This house just invites you to rest and enjoy your time in style as you slow down in our cute little west Texas town of Ballinger!!

Peach Tree Guest Haus-Cottage

This place is right in downtown Eden. You can sit on the front porch and see the beautiful town gazebo. Or enjoy the backyard area which has a privacy fence. The house has an extremely unique set up & furnished with antiques. Entire cottage to yourself. Very unique space in a quiet town, house is located on a very busy hiway (close to an intersection). Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

The Cabin

Our cabin is in north Coke County near the small ghost town of Sanco. The property has been in our family for 5 generations. It offers beautiful views, sunrises, sunsets and star gazing. Come enjoy the views from the wrap around porch or the comforts of the couch. The small town of Robert Lee is just 5 minutes south where you will find Lake Spence, a 9 hole golf course, coffee shop, boutique and 2 restaurants. We are centrally located near, San Angelo, Abilene and not far from Midland.

1886 De-constructed: This unique 2-1 apartment is spread across the entire 2nd floor of a historic downtown Ballinger building. Recently remodeled from 1950's era offices into a beautiful living space boasting 14' ceilings, gorgeous original windows, and over 3k sqft of living space. The stone and shiplap walls have been uncovered and are on full display after being hidden for over 130 yrs. A variety of locally owned boutiques, antique stores, and restaurants are just steps away.

Yellow TX Star House very close to GFAB & ASU

Welcome to the yellow Texas Star house! Conveniently located near the base, down town, and the hospital, you’ll find that everything you need is close by! The house is fully equipped and ready for your stay! My favorite place to hang out is the gazebo in the back yard. The open concept makes it easy to converse while cooking or playing games! The office space(set up with base station, dual screens, wireless mouse, and keyboard) is great for you work on the go folks.

Ballinger Bungalow

This one bedroom home, located close to the elementary school, is nestled off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood. It has an open concept living and kitchen area, vaulted ceilings, a comfortable bed, two loveseats that recline on both sides, an extra vanity table in the bathroom and a small fenced backyard. Whether you’re here to visit family or friends or to shop the historic downtown Ballinger, you’re sure to enjoy your stay at the Ballinger Bungalow.

Studio A- Large and peaceful!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful getaway. Why stay in a hotel room when you and yours can have an entire studio apartment? Equipped with full size washer and dryer. Living and dining are open & spacious. Bedrooms are large & studio has a home office area. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath (walk-in shower) & can sleep up to 7 comfortably (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin). Great place for those with physical limitations with ramp and wide doorways.

The Chaparral Ranch Cabin

Texas all the way. Livestock, wildlife, cowboys, and rural living fun and relaxation. Great place for couples, families, and small groups. We also have a rustic ranch/barn venue for parties, dances, meetings, fund raisers, etc. Hunting pkgs available.

Outpost of Ft. Concho 2.0

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located close to downtown. The complex was recent built right across the street from Old Fort Concho. Your right next door to the farmers market. The apartment is located on the top floor.
