Ground floor includes a shower room, sitting room & playroom with a range of games/toys/PlayStation and smart TVs. 1st floor has a king (TV) & double bedroom. 2nd floor has bunkbed, double bedroom (TV) & house bathroom.

Tucked away in Barmouth’s old town, a charming traditional fisherman’s cottage, ideally located in a quiet spot close to the harbour, beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Approached by passageways and a flight of shallow steps from the High Street, it is situated at the bottom of the old town, The Rock, a pedestrian-only warren of small cobbled lanes, fishermans’ cottages and even the old town jail. This has been a holiday let for many years - we loved staying here so much, we bought it!

The combination of house, garden, & parking we offer is unique.

The Tin Hut.

Welcome to our Shepherds Hut. Newly built 2021! Our shepherd hut is a modern/Scandinavian style accommodation. The hut has full central heating and instant hot water and a good size functional bathroom and towels supplied. The sleeping area consists of a bunk bed- kingsize bed on the bottom and a double bed on the top. A fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, also a breakfast bar for two. There is a 32' television and satellite tv.

Sea Breeze Apartment is a beautifully presented and recently refurbished ground floor apartment with sea views and an outside seating area. It’s one of just 4 apartments in a recently renovated Victorian building on the sea front. It's just a 2 minute stroll to the railway station, less than 10 mins walk to the local supermarket and post office and our beautiful sandy beach is a 15 mins, level walk along the lane. We are within Eryri National Park with amazing scenery, abundant walks and leisure activities. Sorry but strictly no pets.
