Completely private and the guest space is separate from the main house, with keyless entry. Situated close to restaurants, beach, shopping centres and beautiful Shellharbour village. Also, small dog friendly (non-shedding only ) but you MUST advise if you are bringing a fur Baby please. Also, be aware, there's no fenced yard, however the porch can be enclosed. 🎃 . Stockland Shellharbour, Shellharbour Marina, Shell Cove and Kiama are only minutes away by car or public transport. Look for Gerringong. Minnamurra Rainforest, Treetop Walk, Jamberoo Water Park, South Coast Wineries and the historic town of Berry.

Barrack Point is a relaxing, beach side suburb which lies between to amazing beaches Warilla beach and Shellharbour beach . Little Lake Just few minuet walk is great place to take the kids. There is great fishing ,surfing and snorkelling spots within walking distance or short drive . If your into to bike riding there is a great cycle way that runs along the water front , just beautiful. Shellharbour village is only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive with has great restaurants and stores.

The Sands is a cosy, light filled private space to relax and revive. Walk 150mtrs and have your feet on the sand of Little Lake, then follow it around to pristine Warilla beach. The perfect couples retreat, we are close to shops, restaurants, cafes and some of the most beautiful and romantic places on the south coast. Fishing, surfing, diving, bike riding or just exploring our parks, Lake, and heritage areas. There is something for everyone. We are dog friendly at owners discretion.
