Martin Manor is situated in beautiful Bath County and is part of the historic Mustoe house property. You will have access to the upstairs of this property with three different balconies overlooking a beautiful English garden and rolling hills. Conveniently located on route 220 within 4 miles of the Homestead resort where there are plenty of activities indoors and out. The newly renovated Warm Springs, Pools are just up the road. Lake Moomaw is close by for boating kayaking and picnicking.

Cowpasture River front cottage on a 350 acre farm.

Charming 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house sleeps four looking over the Cowpasture River on a 350 acre working farm. Guest may use of our concrete tennis court and explore miles of hiking trails that lead to the national forest. Farm is surrounded by over 2.5 miles of the Cowpasture River. There is a gravel beach right beside the bridge entering the farm where one can enjoy wading and swimming. River here is 3-4 feet deep depending on the season and stream flow.

Geese, heron, and an occasional eagle fly along the river valley. This cozy 1905 cottage features 3 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms. Living room, breakfast nook, kitchen, washer & dryer, as well as outdoor dining and relaxing areas. Kids and dogs are welcome.
