Near main road so some traffic noise during day, is quiet at night. Not suitable for Quarantine.

Take it easy & put your feet up at The Tiny Cottage; a renovated railway workers 'donger' that is a little bigger than a shipping container, that now provides guests with all the comforts of tiny home living. A full kitchen, laundry, bathroom, outside bath, bbq, firepit, tv, queen bed & fold down sofa bed just to name a few. The Cottage is located at Deviot, 30 minutes drive from Launceston, on 2½ acres of land overlooking the Tamar River giving guests spectacular views of the sun & moonrise.

Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

Spoil yourself! Completely restored 1950's cottage on historic York Cove. Water views from every living area. Easy walk along foreshore to restaurants, coffee shops and town centre. George Town is a gateway to picturesque Low Head featuring 1860's Pilot Station with coffee shop, Museum, Light house and Penguin Walk. East Beach is simply beautiful. The Wine Trail includes some of the best Tasmanian wines including Piper's Brook and Jantz. There's plenty to do and we're delighted to guide you.

Situated behind the main pole house residence (at a lower level), you can enjoy ocean and garden views - from a sitting position: at the bar, deck, or from the bed. A short walk across the road down a track to the beach. Experience the wood 'barby' or chiminea at night, then cocoon yourself inside the compact space, listening to the waves! Suited to the solo traveller or quiet couple.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"
