Convenient apartment with easy parking and private entrance. The space is perfect for a single person or 2 adults, and a child or two if you have them. A cozy hideaway in a quiet neighborhood, with a small patio, garden, and creek beyond. Only 20 minutes to downtown, 15 to Vanderbilt. Super comfy queen bed, plus two additional sleeping options: a chaise in the bedroom, and a twin-size daybed in the the living room. Keurig coffeemaker and bottled water dispenser. Attached to the back of our home, this separate entrance, mother-in-law suite in West Nashville offers a 700 square foot space that includes one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, living room, large bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, kitchenette, table for two, dedicated work space, and high speed wifi. We are within walking distance to a grocery store, several restaurants, 10 miles from downtown, and easy access to I-40. Our unit is professionally cleaned. Permit #2024001398

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. IF you are booking "same day" please give me a call so I can make any necessary last minute arrangements.

Bridge House over Blue Springs Creek

Beautiful in fall, magical in winter! Soothe your soul with an unforgettable escape, surrounded by nature and suspended twenty feet above a babbling brook! Listen to the rushing water and and the bamboo whispering in the breeze, take in a sunset, or wade in the creek below. We hope you’ll enjoy this unique covered bridge conversion, expanding from bank to bank with a 50-foot front deck. Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.

Wooded Get-away in West Nashville

My home is located on four forested acres in West Nashville. It is 15 minutes to downtown, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities; 5 minutes to the Warren Parks, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Belle Meade Plantation; 5 minutes to I-40; great views, restaurants and dining! You’ll love my place because of the park-like setting, convenient location, and a great neighborhood for walking/jogging. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Romantic Smokehouse cottage in a historic setting

Enjoy The Smokeouse, our new addition to the Pasquo "Quottage," in West Nashville, only 20 minutes from city center and 20 minutes from downtown Franklin. We renovated this room and added a bathroom off of a 200+year old smokehouse. The Smokehouse deck connects to a walkway and porch for our AirBNB Plus rated "Quottage" which offers accommodations for two, a private bathroom, living space, and small kitchen. The historic Chester cabin is in the heart of Fairview. The living room is part of the original log cabin built in 1807 during the early settlement of the area. The cabin has been beautifully renovated to perserve the history and the quaint charm of a bygone era. The cabin is conveniently located to both Nashville and Franklin, just a 25 min drive North or East. Grab a book and your favorite coffee or tea and step back in time with this charming cabin.

Easy access to the highway gets you to all your favorite tourist spots such as the Broadway Honky Tonks and Music Row, where they make the music! Yes, we are a pet friendly home with a fully fenced-in and secure back yard. It's finally safe to bring EVERY member of the family!

Poplar Hollow Barn

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! Fire pit, wood and charcoal grill. Check in 3-8pm-no late check in. No pets. Metropolitan Nashville Short Term Rental Permit # 500803. We do not rent to locals. This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into AIrbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.

The Treehouse Cabin

Beautiful, secluded property 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Feels like a treehouse! Guests have access to entire property. The apartment has a kitchen, bed, bathroom, and fireplace. There is a large living room with a sitting area, pub table, big screened TV, and couches. To top it all off, guests have a screened-in gazebo with a gas fire pit. You can not beat the serenity or the views! Only 5 minutes to local stores & restaurants.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, enjoy the farm life as well as a quiet setting while being a short drive to Nashville, Franklin, Dickson and more. There is room for your horses as well if that is a need. Less than 15 mins from 1-40 and an easy drive and plenty of parking for a larger rig.
