Located on a working farm this charming studio unit is in the upstairs of a newly renovated 1800's farm house. Enjoy the exposed rafters, kitchenette, private bathroom, four-piece bathroom with soaker tub and separate one-piece shower. Turn in for the night on bamboo sheets under a handcrafted wool comforter. This is a working farm with cows in the field, chickens free-ranging (the rooster crows early!) , and Alpine dairy goats. Located just 4 km from StFX University and downtown Antigonish.

Earth & Aircrete Dome Home

Creative, unique, cozy and inspiring. This dome is made from aircrete and is finished with clay plaster and an earthen floor. It is a piece of art in every respect and is sure to inspire. It has everything needed to cook food, stay warm and sleep deeply as well as nearby hiking and skiing trails leading to rivers and cliffs. Century home & impressive waterview

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
