The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. This home design is a blend of the Bitterroot Valley and the Desert Southwest, with its timber-framed elements and courtyard. It is set just 3 miles north and east of historic Stevensville, and your room has a commanding view of the beautiful Bitterroot mountains. The home is set on 2.8 fenced acres with a coded gate entry. Our golden retriever, Rudy most likely will be your first greeter.

Enjoy a unique experience in a Montana built yurt. Our place was created for a Montana experience in mind. Our property is settled with little neighbors and breathtaking views. Guest will have access to a private entrance and a private bathroom area that includes a composting toilet and outdoor shower (seasonally May - October). Our yurt has a king size bed alongside a small cot for a third guest. You will enjoy the serene sounds of nature and the peace under the Montana starlit sky.

Cozy Cottage overlooking the Bitterroot Valley

This fun cottage is located on the east side of the Bitterroot Valley, bordered on three sides by state land, so there is room to hike. A 10 minute drive brings you to the Bitterroot River, known for its excellent fly fishing. Across the valley are numerous trail heads that lead into the Bitterroot Mountains. By renting with us, guests agree to the terms of the contract. 2 night minimum stay. No animals allowed due to pet dander that is difficult to remove, and severe allergies to it.

A small grill is provided for making all of your meals but you'll want to bring your camping dishes. The outdoor shower is not operational during the fall and winter. You will have the guesthouse overlooking the Bitterroot Valley all to yourself. You will be less than 10 minutes from downtown Hamilton, river access is minutes away and less than an hour from Lost Trail Powder Mountain! There is a Tuft&Needle Queen bed to rest your head on, sofa, full bath, and full kitchen w/stove, oven, fridge, microwave, plates and utensils to cook your meals. We just had a rabbit move into our yard that we are quite attached to so dogs must be on leash!

Sanctuary Farm Yurt Glamping

Magical getaway bedroom in the woods on 25 acres where glamping meets re-wilding. Come recharge and rest. Short walk to the all cedar outhouse. Enjoy watching the fire dance at the campfire circle by the creek. Great hiking trails close by, and just 20 miles to Lolo Hot Springs and 4 miles to a restaurant/saloon. This is a space to truly unwind, as there is no cell phone coverage, but there is limited WiFi. Chef cooked breakfast available (costs extra).
