Spokane skiing in the winter. The Little Spokane River is nearby, as well as many gorgeous lakes. The Barn overlooks the beautiful Big Meadows and faces breathtaking sunsets. We are popular for romantic getaways, special celebrations, family trips, and those seeking to escape the busyness of life and savor the quiet.

You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Channa Acres: This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 square-foot guest house is an apartment inside a pole-barn building. It is located in the back of our very private forested 8-acre property. There is a covered parking garage, a large patio area with a BBQ, and a fire pit. No charge for pets provided they are well behaved. Always, fresh farm eggs will be provided for you! We are located 13 miles north of Coeur d' Alene, and 10 minutes from Silverwood.
