Studio

Simplicity at its best. Our well-designed studio is great for the solo traveler. This cozy accommodation has a double bed with private small bathroom and shower. It’s located close to the main building near our grill courtyard and communal fire pit. Room has a cube-sized refrigerator with dishes and small seating space. TV-Free Zone. There is a porch area with a table and two chairs right outside the door overlooking landscaping near the main parking. The Highlands is an adult-only property.

SOMA (short for South of Market St) is top of the list for where to stay in San Francisco for the first time. SOMA 9 Residences is located in the Heart of SF SOMA District, were you'll find everything from shopping to fine dining, plus landmarks such as Yerba Buena, Moscone convention center, SF MOMA, and steps away to Giants Ballpark. The proximity to Market St. makes SOMA one of the most accessible areas of the city. There's buses and rail lines (called BART) on just about every block.

Located right downtown Napa near some of the world's greatest restaurants, wineries and scenery! Our home is newly renovated and ready to be enjoyed with premium comfort. The bed is a very pricey plush Sealy King that makes for maximum deep sleep after enjoying a days worth of wine and food. Our home is very large for downtown and is permitted through the City of Napa with all of the additional safety precautions that a hotel must undergo. We (John & Brad) look forward to hosting you!

We offer great accommodations for family and friends coming into town because we offer more space than your typical hotel room. All four suites, ranging between 1,200 to 1,500 square feet, accommodate up to six guests and feature three bedrooms with California King beds, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining area, a full-size gourmet kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. Self-contained large studio in San Francisco with kitchenette. Located in San Francisco's NoPa area which provides some of the best restaurants and bars in the city as well as close access to the outside spaces of the Panhandle and Golden Gate Park. The studio is located on a quiet street which is a 5 minute walk from the NoPa restaurants and Bi-Rite on Divisadero, 7 mins walk from Alamo Square and 15 mins walk from Golden Gate Park

Queen Street Suite, Dog+, Reserved Parking

This is a street facing room with one queen bed, a sofa; and a full kitchen. We are a small family run Motel in the Marina district, close to Cow Hollow and Pacific Heights. You’ll love this motel because of the walk-able neighborhood, the roomy kitchen, cozy European feel and the free off-street parking. This is a dog friendly room. (with an extra charge of $25 per dog, per night) Sorry, no cats are permitted.

Our Fish Board Studio is a charming private space in our courtyard with our signature dutch door, small kitchen, and accommodations for two (2) adults on a King Bed and one (1) adult or two (2) children on a twin sized futon. It’s perfect for both short and longer stays, and gives you a tranquil space to unwind and relax. The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan make this space feel bright and airy.
