Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Take a step back in time as you stay in this restored 1920s service station which was once a stopping point for the infamous Bonnie and Clyde. With exposed brick, reclaimed wood walls, original tin ceilings, and a penny floor, this place is one of a kind! We know you don't want to always leave your furry family members behind, we allow a max of 2 dogs under 20lbs with a small pet fee per dog.
