Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The double bedroom is situated in the eaves above the sitting room. Externally boasts an enclosed rear garden and driveway for two cars.

Self contained modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom annexe sat on the beautiful Lune estuary, 3 miles south of Lancaster, UK. The perfect place to relax, unwind in the hot tub, take a walk / cycle along the estuary footpath or settle in for a cinema night on the sofa. PLEASE NOTE- We only accept guests with at least one positive review and an identifiable profile picture The annex is made for serene relaxation/ enjoying company/ celebration but is strictly not a party venue with listed quiet times

The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

Enjoy a tempting mix of takeaways nearby including luxury pizzas, Thai, curries, and top-notch fish and chips. The south-facing enclosed garden is ideal for unwinding with a drink in the sunshine. Scenic riverside and countryside walks start right from the doorstep. A key box at the front door means you can arrive whenever suits you. We’d love to host you!

Pet friendly (£20 per dog per stay) with ample parking. Local pub 1/2 mile away.

If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

Number 19 Henry street is a cosy fisherman's cottage in the heart of Lytham,. The property provides substantial accommodation for a family of four or two couples. Upstairs comprises of one double bedroom ensuite, a twin room plus large separate bathroom with bath. Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen with separate dining area in the conservatory leading out to a garden. The middle room serves a a snug with fire and a plush velvet sofa. The front room serves as a tv room.
