This duplex apartment is at Tyger Waterfront, Bellville, near the Willowbridge and Tyger Valley malls. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, double bed and a balcony. An open plan living room downstairs has two working areas, a sitting area, a full kitchen and a balcony with built in braai. A designated parking spot is by the entrance. If you prefer not to cook, walk down to the lake to sample any of the many restaurants. Find the wine farms of Durbanville a short drive away

This spacious cottage is also close to other amenities, Durbanville wine route, local beaches, farm or mountain trails and has easy access to main routes. The cottage is comfortably furnished has a well equipped open plan kitchen,full bathroom with shower and undercover braai area. It is protected by an alarm system that is connected to a private security company. No pets.
