Convenient to the beauty of Mountains. The basement has a kingsize bed, 2 queen size bed, and a small den. It is suitable for the young, working groups and sporting groups who appreciate the privacy of a large quiet space. Unfortunately is not appropriate for children under 12 or people with more than moderate allergies. The toilet and sink are on the first floor and shower are on the second floor. I say this as many are surprised it is a " basement Apartment and is non-refundable.

Occasionally there is a guest on the other side but this other bedroom is not listed , and only used on urgent overflow weekends . Like parent's weekends , lol . This is our economy room , but feels luxurious!
