This clean, charming and fully equipped home has all the modern features. Jump into the pool or simply relax by the fireplace and take in the 360 degree views from the large deck. Explore downtown Paso Robles with so many restaurants and shops, or take a short ride to the coast! Pool is shared with owners , CHILDREN 14 and older only.

Wildlife and Wine

Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.

Magnolia Vineyard Winemakers Cottage

Located on a hill near well-known wineries is Magnolia Vineyard Wine Makers Cottage. There are expansive views from the deck overlooking our Vineyard, oak-studded hillside, and city lights beyond. This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Maverick Hill Ranch Farm Stay

Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.

Paso Robles Carriage House Suite + Beautiful Views

We offer some of the most beautiful views in Paso Robles and just minutes to town. Offering a private 700 sq ft upstairs Suite we call the Carriage House on 40 acres. The rustic + chic living area includes a sofa, 42” flat screen TV, heat and air conditioning. An antique art deco bar cabinet. Queen bed for 2. The kitchenette features a mini-fridge/freezer combination, a sink, and a Keurig coffee maker. One full bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries and a claw foot tub.

Entire Hobby Farm, Surrounded by Vineyards

This place is magical. Seven private acres with 360 degree views are surrounded by vineyards which can be seen through most windows. On property, depending on the season, you will find apples, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, loquats, persimmons, pomegranates, pecans, chestnuts, and several grape varieties. The outdoor space includes a wrap-around covered patio, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, fire pits, swings, games, and outdoor cooking. It is truly one of a kind.

The Barn at Old Morro

The Barn at Old Morro is a refreshing and beautiful space centrally located to all the Central Coast has to offer! Tastefully appointed and well stocked, the barn is the perfect getaway for Paso Robles wine country, the Cayucos/Cambria/Morro Bay Coast, San Luis Obispo shopping or exploring the gorgeous Big Sur coastline! Set in a beautiful spot at the lower end of our property under a mature and majestic grove of oak trees with overhead twinkling bistro lights.

Welcome to Utopia on Union, a bright and spacious private suite with separate entrance located in the heart of Paso’s East side wine country. Escape from the hustle and bustle in our quiet rural retreat, but you won’t miss out on any of the action since this space is located on the Union Road Wine Trail in the midst of countless wineries, yet less than a 15-minute drive downtown Paso Robles. Thoughtful amenities make this the perfect place to unwind.

Immerse yourself in the vineyard lifestyle! The Farm House at Hollyhock Vineyard is a 2 bed/2 bath home with a beautiful kitchen. The home is surrounded by vines and views! Please note: from June 2025- June 2026, we will be ripping out our vineyard and replanting. While the view might look a little different, we’re still surrounded by our neighbor’s stunning vineyards and olive groves, and the peaceful wine country atmosphere remains unchanged.
