This beautiful 2,552 sq. ft. home with 3 beds and 2.5 baths is a good place for family vacation and retreat. It is in a perfect setting on 13.06 acres hidden from the road by a row trees, only minutes from downtown Decatur. The open floorplan from the kitchen to the living room make the family setting perfect to enjoy whatever gathering you are having. A secluded place to call home while having access to Highway 287 road frontage. Big bonus is kids playground with swings, slides and Trampoline.

This apartment has 1 double bed and a twin day bed with a twin trundle. A full bath with tub and full kitchen. Attached to garage. This is on a working horse ranch and we do have stalls for board and a full RV with 35 amp If needing a place to lay over. We do not have horses to ride because this is a private training facility. We have dogs, chickens and horses and there will be farm noises, but mostly very peaceful. 12 miles W of Denton and 12 miles E of Decatur. DFW is about a 45 min drive.
