Autumn has arrived at the little cottage in the woods! Relax in your own place on a sweet private lane with one queen-size bed and fireplace. There are two cottages on the property. This cottage sits behind our main cottage; the family home is next door. While not directly on the beach, it is approximately a 150 ft. walk down your private path to Lake Michigan and your own beach along with chairs, kayaks, boat, and fire spot. You can walk both ways and Antrim Creek Natural Area is very close.

The Guest House is your UP NORTH 4-season 3brm/1bath retreat among woods and water in scenic Antrim County. We are central to Traverse City, Petoskey and Gaylord. Close by are Charlevoix, Boyne City, E. Jordan and Bellaire and just minutes from Torch Lake and Lake Michigan. This historic cottage across the street from Lake Charlevoix was once a hardware store now turned into a cottage. Located within the small snowmobile friendly town of East Jordan. Boyne Mountain is nearby for skiing. Snowmobile/cc ski right from the cottage. Ice fish Lake Charlevoix or shop downtown. Vintage bowling alley, coffee shop and restaurants are walkable. This is a very newly renovated property with a colorful fun unique cottage feel. We hope you enjoy this house as much as we do :)

Cozy Cottage on Five Lakes. Close to the expressway , snowmobile trails and downtown Gaylord. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
