Leave the apartment via a private gate to the beach path 100m across the common and you are on the beautiful beach. Rest Bay is a large sandy beach famous for surfing with rock pools and pebbles around the edge.The coastal path walk in both directions is spectacular. 20 minutes walk along the promenade to the town of Porthcawl.

Chart House is a feature maisonette flat, right in the centre of Porthcawl. There is soo much space in this flat; it forms the upper two floors of a Victorian Town House. It's design captures the maritime heritage whilst providing a comfortable retreat within the South Wales town.
