Radiant Townhouse Flat near Seven Dials

The property is a large lower ground floor flat that consists of two beautiful bedrooms and two stunning ensuite bathrooms. It has a warm and welcoming open plan living space and kitchen. The main double bedroom is very large with a comfortable seating area, a TV and a writing desk. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The room also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. The second ensuite bedroom is smaller but has a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. The room has a TV and built-in storage. The open plan kitchen and living area is a great place to eat and be social. It contains a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has an integrated fridge, dishwasher and cooker. There's a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The flat has 3 smart TVs and a Sonos speaker in the living area. We hope you find everything you need to have an enjoyable stay but we are close by so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems. Please note that this is a quiet residential area. The flat is in an old Victorian building and we are very mindful and respectful to our neighbours. The flat is in the bustling Seven Dials area with family-friendly parks, cafes, boutique shopping, and charming pubs nearby. The lively waterfront of Brighton, the beach, the boardwalk, and an array of restaurants and shops are just steps away. Most parts of the city are easily readable by foot from the flat. If you're driving, there is on-street paid parking nearby. Alternatively, there's loads of great transport options nearby to get around and see the city including city bikes and buses. Welcome to my little magical, musical jungle nest! A perfectly located cosy, charming, quirky ground floor flat (no stairs!) with tall ceilings. Incredibly peaceful, it's a perfect hideaway whilst close to the sea and palmiera square with its fancy cafes, eateries, shops and bus-lines. The French doors in bedroom and Georgian bay windows in main room connect you to nature as you watch many squirrels, foxes and birds (woodpeckers, Jay's, blue tits) play in the pretty gardens.

Upper Rock Gardens

My place is located on the first floor of the property it has stairs leading up to the front door. When inside there are stairs to reach flat. It is close to restaurants and bars, there is also a wide selection of shops including 3 supermarkets, Laundry. You’ll love my place because of the comfy small double bed, which has "Emma" memory foam mattress. Bedding and towels are provided. Parking is a challenge, however, please contact me regarding vouchers, pay on arrival

Beautiful Victorian cottage flat in Hanover

Unwind in our charming 1865 property. We are situated in the conservation area within half a mile of the train station, a 10 minute stroll to the Funky North Laine shopping area and 15 minutes from the beach & historic Lanes. The property is at the bottom of Hanover hill, only 100 metres from our local park, The Level. We are surrounded by excellent pubs with coffee shop, bakery, organic butcher and grocer all with a few minutes walk.

Beautiful Seaside Apartment

This flat is situated in a pretty Conservation area, so it is quiet but still only a couple of minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and public transport. It is wonderfully bright and sunny and I fully recommend sitting by the front window whilst the sun streams in and enjoying a glass of wine! There is a pretty window box outside, so feel free to help yourself to the fresh herbs.
