Private king room in modern townhouse in Murrumba Downs. Room features comfy king bed, full length mirrors, fan and some wardrobe space. House is double story and bedroom is on the upper level (as is ours). Guests also have their own private bathroom and toilet (not ensuite). We're a family of 3 in a friendly neighbourhood. Sometimes there is the odd neighbourhood kid here or friend that has come over to say hi. Let me know prior to stay if this is an issue and I'll make sure they stay home :)

It has everything you need from a short stay to a long term stay, whether you work, study or just leisure travel. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Hamilton! Disclaimer: there will be some noise coming from upstairs through the wooden ceiling: in the morning between 6:30-8:30am and afternoon evening 3-9:30pm.
