You'll love relaxing in the 6-person hot tub, rocking on the covered front porch, and roasting marshmallows around the backyard fire pit. Cabin is a short drive to French Lick/West Baden.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This loft was made from wood sawn and milled on this farm. Enjoy Indiana hardwoods as they surround you in this space. Centrally located, you are not far from Holiday World, Jasper, Lincoln City, Patoka Lake and Historic Huntingburg. The Master Bedroom boasts a king-size bed. The living area has two twin beds, TV, WiFi and Kitchen. This space is perfect for singles, couples, or small families. Most love the spiral staircase and large deck.

This home is on a family farm in Spencer County, IN, just 15 minutes from Holiday World. It boasts open areas both inside and outside for family and friends to spend quality time together. We invite you to watch the cows graze and view the sunset from the back porch. Although the home is located on a rural gravel road, we are fortunate to provide fiber internet/WiFi and city water. The space comfortably sleeps 14 adults. 3 toddlers which don’t count toward occupancy. We offer 1 night stays

We are located 20 minutes form Salem, 20 minutes from Paoli and Paoli Peak, and 35 minutes from Frenchlick Casino The kitchenette includes mini fridge, microwave, double hot plate and, grill on the outdoor firepit or grill. Welcome to the rolling hills of Southern Indiana. Your escape from the day to day grind awaits. Our cabin was built in the 1800's and reassembled (with modern conveniences) in 1996. Ideal for the hunter, hiker, boater or fisherman. Thousands of acres of Hoosier National Forest, the Ohio River and it's tributaries all provide a one of a kind outdoor recreation experience. Or you can just sit next to the fire, enjoy the night sky and relax! Either way... Welcome to Derby.

Eagle Pines Cabin (Eagle Adventures LLC)

Relax w/us at our beautiful, comfortable, and private Eagle Pines Cabin. We are 12 miles from Holiday World. The Cabin has its own private hot tub and also includes a private fire pit and we supply the firewood. Cabin is stocked with everything you’ll need. Hosts are on site, but out of sight. Our other rentals are Eagles Nest (3BR option) and Eagles Nest Plus (4BR option). Starting with the 2026 season check out will be at 10 am ON SUNDAYS ONLY, 11AM all other days.

Hattie's Hill Cottage

Cottage sits behind our home (see photo). NOTE- Main house may have large groups. Pool and outside areas share spaces. Near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville & Lewisport. There is ONE bedroom which can be made into EITHER two California twins OR one California king -Wifi. We have a Smart TV you may use your Netflix and so on with. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. Eating/work space is provided. Comfortable recliner chairs. Access to the grounds.
