Situated behind the main home with its own private entrance off the garden is a wonderful and private one-bedroom studio fitted with modern quality furnishings throughout, including a kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle. The room has under-floor insulation and air conditioning, and a Smart TV. Free unlimited broadband is also provided. The room can comfortably accommodate two adults and spare (portable) beds can be supplied for an infant (up to 3 years) and a child.

Near new property under our home, wicked sea views and lots of garden, 2 mins from the beach walking, to shops, bars and cafe's. Wheel chair accessible. There is a double bed and single swab for the floor if needed. plus, a double bed couch in the lounge. We have bassinet for small children Coffee and tea provided with full washing machine & kitchen. WiFi included. is fully catered for with everything you need. TV for your entertainment. Easy bus ride to Auckland City if you need too.

Modern apartment on North Shore

Our comfortable private downstairs one bedroom apartment with outside deck and garden has a true coastal feeling! It comfortably fits two but can accommodate 4 and is centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood and a cul-de -sac with plenty of off street parking. Just 15 minute walk to the Browns Bay beach and town centre where you can enjoy the Cafes, shops and restaurants. We also 5 minute stroll to Sherwood park where the kids can play and enjoy a ice-cream while feeding the ducks.

This is a 3 bedroom townhouse ideally located in the heart of Auckland's bustling seaside suburb of Takapuna. Just a 5 minute walk to some of the vibrant top cafes, restaurants, shops, one of Auckland's most stunning swimming beaches and the world class Takapuna Beach playground. Albany 2 bedroom courtyard retreat

Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. Plus we provide you with cereal, milk, bread and spreads to help you get started in the morning.

Grey Lynn/Ponsonby: Stunning more than just a room

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.

Comfortable private studio 2-3 min walk from beautiful Cheltenham beach and pleasant waterfront walk to Devonport village and ferry for Auckland city. Bifold doors open to garden. Sunny north easterly aspect. Walk to North Head reserve in 1 min for views of whole of Auckland. Quiet,secluded location. Down a right of way so no traffic noise.
