We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

The Barn

In an area of outstanding natural beauty, Oaklands Barn is the perfect place for those seeking a peaceful escape. Enjoying far reaching views over the valley and the Welsh hills, the Barn lies nestled at the head of a gentle valley in the tiny hamlet of Kinton. Visit the historic market towns of Ludlow & Clun and the nearby Welsh Marches which abound in historic sites and castles. The village is a 5 minute walk with shop, petrol station, local butchers, riverside pub & parlour bar (Sun Inn)

14th Century Medieval Longhouse

Our cottage is the original dwelling in a beautiful Grade II, 14th century Medieval Longhouse. We live in the 'byre' end of the building - originally the 'cow shed' and are on hand for any help or advice - or perhaps a glass of wine... Note - Doorway beams are low and staircase is characteristically steep. Burrington is a beautiful and very quiet small hamlet 2.5 miles from Leintwardine (and the nearest shop and pubs), 5 miles from Ludlow and just a couple of miles from Mortimer Forest.

The Hayloft, Pillar Box Farm Cottages

With a superking bed, slipper bath and hottub, this luxurious cottage is a peaceful retreat at any time of the year. Grade 2 listed cottage in the heart of Ludlow

Our grade 2 listed roadside cottage is in the heart of historical Ludlow. Cosy and characterful with 2 bedrooms, Lounge, wood burner and fully equipped kitchen/diner. Spacious luxury shower. Close to the market square, Ludlow Castle, the river teme with excellent free trout, grayling fishing and excellent eateries. Fantastic walking around ludlow and a short drive away from the spectacular long mynd. Ludlow hosts many festivals throughout the year including the food, beer and fringe.

Station Cottage, Bucknell

Station Cottage is a recently renovated Victorian railway building. Offering cosy accommodation for up to 4 guests, it is a perfect base for walking, cycling (road and off-road) or just for enjoying being surrounded by green spaces and fresh air. Situated in the small, but thriving, village of Bucknell, it is within walking distance of an excellent pub, a petrol station and butchers. Accommodation includes a living room with woodburning stove, private kitchen and bathroom.
