The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Our 'Golf Haven Guest House' has direct access to the Toukley Golf Course Restaurant and Bar. Our ground floor guest house features 2 large bedrooms each with a Queen size bed and a third bedroom with a King single bed. The guest house has an outside pool and your own spa bath to relax in after 18 holes of Golf. The nearby Lakes Beach is only 5 minutes drive or 25 minute leisurely walk through the Golf Course on a dedicated pathway.
