This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

The apartment is locked off from the main residence with private access and a fenced in backyard. Premises does have 2 parking spaces available but may accommodate a trailer or camper with notice. 1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Sheltered from view of the highway by trees, boasts tremendous sunsets over the Roan Cliffs, and views of the Hogbacks and Mamm Peak. "R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn.
