These two cottages are rented as one combined unit, connected by a breezeway with convenient keypad locks. The cottages sit on three acres consisting of a large playing field and walking trail in the woods. Both cottages offer hardwood & tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and custom cabinets with quartz countertops. Each cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The cottages each have a Smart TV with WiFi. Located just 1.5 miles from a grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

Sunset cottage is lakefront and lake view. Enjoy the water just a few steps away, or while sitting on your own personal deck. Hot tub with lake view on your deck. This is one of our two our modern-rustic, guest cottages, next to our home. If you need two cottages, check out water’s edge cottage. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Completely renovated A-frame cottage has the feel of lake life but with modern flair. Boat ramp access, a short walk to the water's edge and a 2 minute trip to the Black Oak Amphitheater, this A-frame is a dream. Perfect for a fishing trip or just a lake getaway! Boat parking available. A relaxing covered back patio area with a propane firepit sitting to finish the day. Kayaks are included for use during your stay. Crowne View Lodge built summer of 2020 is located a minute from SDC. This is a dedicated vacation rental area. This resort style offers our guests lots of free amenities like indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, gym, grills etc. Our Lodge has 6 kings, 4 queens, and 4 sofa sleepers. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms & TV. There are 2 levels in the house. Both levels have 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living area, kitchen, dinning area, fireplace and a back deck with an AMAZING LAKE VIEW!
