Located right over Shells bakery and café, Voya seaweed baths and The Strand Bar, all you need is right at the doorstep. The property overlooks the golf course, surf and stand up paddling lessons from the seafront are available throughout the year, or try some yoga on the beach.

In a rural tranquil setting, it’s a five minute walk to Davis’s pub & restaurant, Drumcliffe Tea House & Drumcliffe Church, the final resting place of Ireland’s famous poet W.B. Yeats. It is a short drive to Lissadell House, birth place of Irish Revolutionary Countess Markievicz and the stunning Glencar Waterfall.

Located adjacent to the Sandhouse Hotel & Fin McCool Surf School, our refurbished holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen/living area & its own private patio area. World famous Rossnowlagh Beach is a 25 metre stroll from your door. Our other 'surfers apartment' is on the ground floor below this apartment and also sleeps 4, larger groups may want to book out both apartments simultaneously.

Ann's Country Cottage

The apartment is attached to my home. It is situated on a hill overlooking the sea and valley below. Guests enjoy the amazing view and the peace and tranquility of the countryside. It has its own private entrance and ample parking. Weather permitting guests can sit outside and read, listen to the birds, enjoy the neighbours sheep, or take a peaceful walk.
