Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Wake up to beautiful ocean views at this spacious 4BR/3BA directly across from the waterfront! Sleeps up to 11 guests—perfect for families and groups. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Take in the sea breeze or explore downtown’s harborfront restaurants, shops, and attractions just minutes away. Cozy and quaint 1 bed 1 bath cottage suited for a couples getaway, solo adventure, business trip, or girls weekend. Guests can enjoy a secluded experience equipped with an outdoor bath (and indoor shower), full kitchen, indoor fireplace, and plenty of outdoor activities to fill the time. Located across from our barn art studio, next to the farmland that houses all of our animal friends, and directly adjacent to our private seasonal pond, you’ll be engulfed in nature from check-in to check-out.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep.
