Tramp, swing set, volleyball, pickleball, games, BBQ grill, picnic tables, BB hoop, hammocks, patio, deck. 10 minutes to USU & downtown. I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. Family dinners fine.

We designed this stylish modern home to fit the needs of our family and we hope it will work for you too. Come and relax in this calm, stylish space in a peaceful neighborhood near the mountains yet just minutes from downtown Logan and USU. Brand new in 2022. Enjoy our entire basement suite, with large, fully stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer, cozy fireplace, workout room, ping pong table, and more. The back yard offers shade trees, a trampoline, and a mellow canal with occasional ducks passing by. Sit on the deck by the firepit and enjoy the stunning view of the Wellsville mountains.

Enjoy movies on a 65" screen with surround sound. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and pancake mix for breakfast. Paper products provided; only sink is in the bathroom. Shared gym available. 2 bedrooms: king room and bunk room with twin, full, and trundle. 1 bathroom. Access is around back and down about 20 stairs. This is a private basement suite in our home, so you may hear normal household sounds. Fans, white noise machine, and earplugs provided. 2 vehicles max.

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The fully furnished cottage has two queen-size beds, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.

Enjoy this spacious 24' yurt located between Monte Cristo and Hardware Ranch. It is tucked in a grove of trees and set up on the hillside, providing you with amazing views all the way around and stunning sunsets. We enjoy lots of wildlife in the area, especially a majestic herd of 5 bull moose who live on this hillside. This is the perfect place to get away and enjoy solitude and the great outdoors!

The Family Barn is a timeless, beautiful home.

This barn style house is nestled in the heart of quant Mendon, Utah. It has great mountain views and beautiful trees that surround the property. The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. Please be aware there is an attached apartment with tenants not part of the rental.
