After ten years of dreaming and two years of planning we finally created a modern beach front house by the surf. 127 de Gamma is built with a European style but an African heart. Whilst the bedrooms are downstairs, the open plan upstairs is all about the view. Soak up the tranquility of my newly built warm wooden home with sea views from every corner. The main house is delightfully elevated and accessed via a wooden walkway there are no stairs. There is an Inverted so you not effected by loadshedding. A lovely indoor fireplace for those chilly nights. There is a self contained cottage on premises with private access that is let permanently.
