Located at a relatively quiet part of the island, known as a prominent fishing area. Some of the best seafood restaurants are located on the same street (Zeerovers and Flying Fishbone).

Oceanfront Rooftop Suite

Petite and private, is our rooftop one-bedroom suite. One cozy and intimate haven has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and amazing views of the sea with its own balcony. Your suite has a small fridge, a coffee maker, flat screen tv and we provide you with bottle water for your water dispenser as needed. Also beach towels, chairs and umbrella for your use! Grab a cup of coffee, and watch as the sun rises over the horizon and the beach comes to life. Two people ; one perfect getaway!

Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. This unique, airconditioned, penthouse style space is all about the near 360 degree views covering both the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean sea, capturing both Sunrise and Sunset. The private en-suite bathroom has an “open to the sky" shower and views across the lagoon. 100 steps take you down to safe swimming in the sea. Please note bookings for infants or children are not allowed due to the cliffside location, and access is via an open spiral staircase.

The airport and Old San Juan are only 15 mins. away from our place and there is access to Uber and public transportation. If you prefer to bring a car there is parking space in the street.
